We cannot guarantee same-day order requests, but we are often able to accommodate! Please call our shop to confirm if same-day delivery is possible: 435-699-7696. If we are unable to accommodate, your order will be delivered the following day.

We typically do not deliver on Sundays, however, it never hurts to ask!

We use the freshest stems possible for our arrangements. Most fresh-cut flowers should last anywhere between 3-5 days, however, some varieties last longer, often 7-10 days. Adding cold water daily is necessary and extends their short but sweet life!

We are unable to guarantee the length of time a plant will last, but we can guarantee it will be beautiful, fresh upon delivery, and will last longer than a fresh cut arrangement!

Our goal is to make sure your delivery is seamlessly sent and that your arrangement is not only fresh, but exactly what you had in mind! Because of seasonal availability, we cannot guarantee that we are able to exactly copy a picture on our website or Instagram.

Upon request, we will always try to acquire a favorite color or favorite flower, however, we are not always able to get everything you see in a photo, especially on short notice. We hope our portfolio of work will leave you comfortable that anything we send out the door will be beautiful!

You may cancel an order for a full refund, minus $15, up to the day before your requested delivery date. Same-day order cancellations cannot be refunded, but may be re-scheduled. We want you to love your order so if you have a change, please call us in advance so we can accommodate!

We deliver to all of Park City in the 84060 & 84098 zip codes. If the address is outside of these areas, please call the shop to discuss options & availability at 435-699-7696. We can often deliver to our surrounding communities like Tuhaye, Victory Ranch, Deer Mountain and Hideout for an additional delivery fee.
